The master coaching methodology is to make students self conscious and believe that they can really achieve their goals and see themselves gradually achieving. Through slowly changing the way the person thinks about themselves through constant praise, encouragement and goal setting, the student will reach a new personal level where they believe they will achieve their goals (please refer to the students test as it is a positive indication that they are all on there way to success). |
